Women in Film and TV Mentoring Scheme 2017 for Women Working in TV & Film.

Women in Film and Television has announced the call for applications for the next WFTV Mentoring Scheme, which aims to support women working in TV and film.

Over six months, selected participants receive six hours of mentoring contact with an experienced industry figure, combined with an intensive programme of seminars, training workshops and networking opportunities.

Over six months, from February to July, 2017, each of the twenty selected women will receive six hours of mentoring from an experienced industry professional, participate in a diverse programme of seminars and benefit from a range of networking opportunities.

The scheme is designed to support mid-career women who have more than five years experience. Those selected come from a range of disciplines and include women in creative, craft, technical and business roles.

The mentees will be carefully matched with one of twenty hand-picked high-profile mentors. Past mentors have included Hilary Davis, Co-MD Bankside Films; Marisa Clifford, MD Pulse Films, Beryl Vertue, Hartswood Films; Sara Putt, MD Sara Putt Associates; Will Clarke, CEO Altitude Film Entertainment and Pat Younge, MD, Sugar Films.
