NCB Innovation Summer Internship 2017 for tertiary university students in Jamaica.

Innovation is one of the cornerstones of the National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ). As a group, we strive to continue to be pioneers in the financial services industry in the Caribbean. The establishment of our Innovation Unit in 2013 is reflective of that commitment.
NCBJ are proud to again invite tertiary university students to participate in the 2017 “Innovation Internship Programme”. It is an excellent opportunity for action-oriented, motivated, bright young minds to share ideas for new, transformational products and services, while gaining vital business skills.
The Challenge is open to university students. Participants must have completed at least one year of study at the start of the Internship in the field of Technology, Science, Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, Engineering, Arts or a related area.
Applicants should also be in Jamaica for the duration of the programme, July 3 – 28, 2017.
Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for the interview phase of the selection process and/or if additional supporting documentation is required.
Each participant will receive a competitive intern salary. There will also be weekly cash prizes and incentives.
The programme will run for 4 weeks, starting July 3 and ending July 28, 2017.
Programme activities will take place at StartUp Jamaica, Duke Street, Kingston, Jamaica.
Interns will participate in a series of ideation sessions, group activities and pitch presentations. The sessions will be designed to inspire creativity and idea generation
