To be shortlisted as a winner, entrants must be exclusively available to attend the accelerator programme in Cambridge, UK and subsequent Awards events in London, UK from 25 October to 31 October 2018. The booking and cost of travel to the UK (including economy class flights), and accommodation during your stay will be covered by the competition. You must hold a valid passport to travel to the UK and obtain any relevant visas if necessary. The cost of visas (if applicable) will be covered by the competition, however applicants must manage the visa application process. Passport control and other local authorities reserve the right to refuse entry to you. If any such refusal results in your inability to attend the Accelerator Programme and Prize Event, any additional costs and losses incurred will be your sole responsibility and unfortunately you will not be eligible to progress further in the competition.
Support is provided to all Award winners and will be designed and structured around individual requirements through the Cambridge Accelerator Programme and mentoring for the 12 months following announcement of the prizes.
- The competition is open to founders or co-founders age 18 – 35 years.
- Entries can be submitted on behalf of the founders or co-founders who are aged 18 – 35 years.
- The competition is open to individuals from any part of the world, excluding Russia. Unfortunately, we cannot process personal data of Russian citizens and do not collect personal data in the territory of Russia. If data regarding Russian citizens is entered into this website, it will be removed.
- Unilever reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or any part of the Unilever Young Entrepreneurs Awards programme, without notice. Entrants shall not be entitled to remuneration, of any kind, should Unilever exercise this right.
